Run Training (Week 5 - December)
Hi Guys,
Sorry for the late email. As usual the 3 sessions this week are:
1:
A: 15 min warm up, 5 x 4 min, 2 min jog recovery, 15 min warm down.
B: 15 min warm up, 3 x 4 min, 2 min jog recovery, 15 mins warm down
Zone 2
2:
A: 45 min run - 15 easy, 5 tempo, 10 hard, 15 easy.
B: 30 min run - 10 easy, 5 tempo, 5 hard, 10 easy.
Zone 3
3:
A: 55 mins steady run
B: 40 mins steady run
Zone 4
