Run Training (Week 1 - January)
Hi Guys,
The two running sessions for the rest of this week are:
1:
A: 50 min run - 15 easy, 20 tempo, 15 easy.
B: 40 min run - 15 easy, 10 tempo, 15 easy
Zone 3
2:
A: 55/60 mins steady run - off road, work up any hills
B: 35/40 mins steady run - “
Zone 4
The session that we did last night for anyone that couldn't make it was:
A: 10 min warm up, 5,4,3,2,1 mins, 90 secs jog recov, 10 mins warm down.
B: 10 min warm up, 5,3,1 mins, 90 secs jog recov, 10 mins warm down.
Zone 2
