Important Announcements (and Run training Week 3 January)
Hi guys,
First off the important announcements regarding changes in training times:
Swimming and our turbo sessions will be switching days from next week onwards. As of the 30th of January swimming will be on Monday evenings from 20:00 to 21:30 in the PEC pool and turbo training will be from 18:30 on Tuesday evenings in Squash court 3. So the times are the same, just on different days. All other training sessions (Wednesday runs and Thursday Spin class) remain at the same time and venue as before.
Neither myself or Thomas can make it to the run this evening so I am sending out the session before hand so that you can all give it a go tonight. Tonight's sessions is:
A: 10 min warm up, 3 x 6 min, 90 sec jog recov, 15 min warm down.
B: 10 min warm up, 2 x 6 min, 90 sec jog recov, 15 mins warm down
Zone 2
The 2 other sessions for later in the week are:
1)
A: 45 min run - 15 easy, 15 tempo, 15 easy
B: 35 min run - 10 easy, 15 tempo, 10 easy
Zone 3
2)
A: 60 mins steady run
B: 40 mins steady run
Zone 4
