QUBTri offers three kinds of cycle training:

Spin Sessions

During the winter period (until the clocks change), QUBTri has indoor spin sessions in the PEC Spin Studio. This is an excellent way to avoid the bad weather and dark nights and is a great introduction if you have limited experience on a bike.

Weekend cycles

Weekend cycles are arranged on an ad-hoc basis. Some members cycle with one of the local cycle clubs, which offer groups and distances suitable to all abilities.

Summer Time Trials

The Lunchtime Legends TT is for Lunchtime Legends, Olympia and QUB triathletes only. The aim is to provide training sessions that will improve cycling for triathlon in a fun format. The league runs as a series of 12 individual races with a competitor's best six results counting. Non-league races comprise duathlon training sessions (bike/run), 2UPs, hill races or handicaps. Prizes are awarded at the end of the season.
