Just to let you know turbo training recommences tonight (Tuesday night) starting at 6.30 in the squash court.
Bring trainers.
Session will 1hr 10 min turbo set followed by a 1 mile brick run around the bridges.
The club have also managed to get additional pool time on a Thurs from 8.
3 lanes available as per Mondays.
The plan would be to repeat Mondays set on a Thurs with someone taking each lane and as the season progresses to introduce swimming time trials on a Thurs night.
